1. Terms of Service Agreement
This agreement is the valid contract established by Texlic for the use of Texlic and its related services. By registering with Texlic, users agree to be bound by these terms and become a party to this agreement upon successful registration.
Using any Texlic services indicates acceptance of all the terms in this agreement. This agreement applies to all related Texlic services, including upgrades and updates of services and software during the term of this agreement.
2. Service Content
Providing users with e-commerce site-building services displayed on the Texlic official website, as well as related technical support and network support.
3. Service Fees
Service fees will be calculated based on the current prices listed on the Texlic official website at the time of purchase and will be specified on the purchase page. You must pay the corresponding service fees using the agreed payment methods within the agreed payment period.
Until you have paid all service fees as agreed, Texlic reserves the right not to provide technical support and/or services and to terminate technical support and/or services.
You fully understand all complimentary service items in Texlic's pricing system and the promotional activities provided by Texlic.
4. Termination or Renewal of Paid Services
Upon the expiration of the authorization period for Texlic paid services, if the renewal service is not purchased in time, user services will be automatically terminated.
Texlic will execute an automated program to monitor the order fulfillment status of your current website within 2-16 days. Different fulfillment rates will trigger warnings of varying levels. Upon receiving a warning, you commit to improving shipping efficiency to protect buyers' interests. If long-term improvements are not made, Texlic reserves the right to terminate the service.
5. Code of Conduct
To effectively ensure your lawful rights when using Texlic, you understand and agree to accept the following rules:
You understand and agree that Texlic may unilaterally modify service-related rules without requiring your consent. The service rules displayed on the service page at the time of use shall prevail, and adhering to these rules is a prerequisite for using the Texlic platform.
Texlic will notify you of service progress and guide you through the next steps via text messages or emails. However, Texlic does not guarantee that you will receive these notifications or receive them in a timely manner and will not be liable for any consequences resulting from non-receipt. You are advised to log into the website promptly during the service process to review and perform related actions. Texlic is not liable for any disputes or losses caused by your failure to timely review, modify, confirm the service status, or submit related applications.
Texlic has the right to charge service fees as per service fee introductions, orders, or relevant agreements, and retains the right to formulate and adjust the service fee structure. Specific fees will align with the charging method listed on the Texlic website during use or other written agreements between you and Texlic.
In case of violations of Texlic's terms, Texlic reserves the right to refuse further services.
6. Your Rights and Obligations
You have the right to possess your username and password on Texlic and use them to log into Texlic at any time.
You have the right to enjoy Texlic's services and receive technical support while using Texlic’s services. Service details are provided in Texlic's product descriptions.
You guarantee that you will not use technical or other means to damage or disrupt Texlic or other customers' websites and services.
You shall respect the intellectual property rights and other legal rights of Texlic and third parties. Texlic reserves the right to terminate services and retain all fees if you infringe on Texlic's legal rights.
You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from providing incorrect contact information to Texlic or using insecure or unstable email addresses to receive Texlic emails. This includes but is not limited to consequences and losses due to failure to timely receive Texlic notifications.
You guarantee that when using Texlic services, you will comply with national and local laws, regulations, industry practices, and social public morality. You will not use Texlic services to store, publish, or disseminate the following information and content:
Any content (information) that violates national laws, regulations, or policies.
Violation of political propaganda or news information prohibited by national regulations
Information involving national secrets or security
Feudal superstitions, obscene, pornographic, vulgar content, or information inciting criminal activity
Lotteries, gambling games
Information violating national ethnic and religious policies
Information that disrupts internet operational security
Information infringing upon the legal rights of others or other content harmful to social order, public security, or public morality
You also agree not to provide any convenience for others to publish content that does not comply with national regulations or Texlic's terms, including but not limited to setting URLs or BANNER links. You acknowledge that Texlic reserves the right to terminate services without refund if you violate the above commitments. If your actions cause losses to Texlic, you must compensate.
You guarantee that you will not engage in any behavior that abuses Texlic resources, including but not limited to activities related to hacking or using Texlic for hosting external images.
You are entitled to request formal invoices for the service fees you paid to Texlic; however, the amount on the invoice does not include promotional amounts gifted during recharge activities.
You agree not to upload or sell goods prohibited from export by Chinese laws and regulations, nor goods prohibited from import by the laws and regulations of the destination country.
The following are examples of prohibited, restricted, sensitive, or high-risk products:
Financial category: Products related to gambling, real money, non-compliant blind boxes, online earning, investment management, stocks, virtual currencies, insurance, monetary notes, donations, etc.
Similar to "Black Friday" e-commerce: Weight loss, breast enhancement, height growth, hair loss treatment, male enhancement, unlicensed certified medical devices, etc.
Animals and plants: Live animals, soil, seeds, hunting, organs and their products, corpses, etc.
Religion: Religious, faith-based, racial discrimination, cult superstitions (fortune-telling, ceremonies for the deceased, feng shui, rituals), etc.
Tobacco and drugs: Any form of tobacco products, drugs, drug paraphernalia, products containing marijuana, or other addiction-related substances
Chemicals: Solvents, gasoline, alcohol, fireworks, radioactive, flammable, explosive, toxic hazardous chemicals.
Pharmaceuticals: Psychoactive/anesthetic/toxic/radioactive/stimulants/contraceptives, medications for disease prevention/treatment, products closely related to human senses, beauty and whitening drugs, blood products, or medical devices
Military weapons: Controlled knives, firearms, ammunition, explosives, and other offensive weapons
Political category: Content related to campaigns, elections, public political debates, undermining social/national sovereignty, stability, distorting history or ideologies
Food and beverages: Alcohol and alcoholic beverages; food products must provide legal certification documentation
Adult content: Explicit, obscene, vulgar materials, nude images of real people, sexual services, aphrodisiacs, oral medications, etc. Common legal adult-use items like condoms, intimate apparel, or products for sexual well-being are not restricted.
Privacy and security: Eavesdropping to steal private or confidential information, illegal recording or filming, account or password theft/cracking, malware, viruses, etc.
Other: Expired or spoiled items, VPNs/firewall bypassing, proxy testing/cheating, smuggled or stolen goods, pyramid schemes, fraud, cheating, artifacts, products exclusive to government/military institutions, and services that violate laws, finance, medical, or psychological regulations.
7. Texlic Rights and Obligations
Texlic shall provide qualified services based on the services you selected and the fees paid.
Texlic commits to taking external confidentiality measures for your information, not disclosing your information to third parties, or authorizing third-party use of your information, unless:
The user's behavior violates Texlic rules, notices, laws, or public morals. In such cases, your information may serve as corresponding evidence to protect Texlic, other users, and third parties' rights and interests.
It is required by laws and regulations.
When creating statistical data, conducting market research, or analyzing data, your information will be processed non-specifically before being provided as relevant material.
Texlic is required by administrative, judicial, or other authority departments.
Texlic resolves reports or submits litigation documents.
Texlic takes necessary reasonable actions to prevent serious illegal or suspected criminal activities.
You agree to Texlic providing your information to third parties.
The Texlic website reserves the right to use your data and information.
Texlic reserves the right to review and determine whether to accept you as a Texlic user.
Texlic reserves the right to terminate services if you violate national or local laws and regulations or violate these terms, and Texlic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages in any case.
Texlic reserves the right to close websites that are opened without proper registration to cooperate with relevant government departments.
Texlic reserves the right to forcibly shut down and freeze accounts if you abuse system resources.
8. Privacy and Personal Information Protection
Once you agree to these terms or use Texlic, you agree to allow Texlic to use and disclose your personal information according to the following terms.
Username and password
When you register as a Texlic user, we require you to set a username and password to identify your identity. You can only use your account with the password you set. If you disclose your password, you may lose your personal identification information, leading to potential legal consequences against your interest. If your account and password are at risk for any reason, you should immediately contact Texlic. Texlic is not responsible for any consequences until action is taken.
Registration information
When registering your account, you should provide Texlic with your real name, address, phone number, and email address. To provide targeted services, you understand and agree that Texlic will notify you of this information via your email address.
Third-party Payment Interface Information
If the services provided by Texlic require you to provide third-party payment platform API information, including but not limited to WeChat, KuaiQian, Tenpay, or Alipay interface information, Texlic will strictly fulfill relevant confidentiality agreements after you provide the corresponding information.

Security

9. System Interruptions or Failures
Texlic is not liable for any damage compensation when the system cannot operate normally and you are unable to use the services due to the following conditions, including but not limited to:
System maintenance downtime announced on Texlic's official website.
Telecommunication equipment failures preventing data transmission.
System disruptions caused by force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, or terrorist attacks.
Service interruptions or delays caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures in telecommunication departments, website upgrades, bank-related issues, etc.
10. Scope and Limitations of Liability
Texlic is only responsible for the scope of responsibilities outlined in this agreement.
Texlic user information is provided by the users themselves, and Texlic cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of such information.
Texlic provides no guarantees of any kind, including but not limited to:
Texlic meeting your requirements
Texlic being uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
Content provided by user-created websites on Texlic is the responsibility of the creators
For third-party applications developed based on Texlic, their actions, content, materials, or data are the responsibility of the third parties. Texlic is not liable for any known or unknown damages or compensation caused by or related to third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, Texlic is not responsible for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential losses (including business, revenue, profit, or other economic losses) related to or arising from this agreement, regardless of how they are caused, whether by breach of this agreement (including breach of warranty) or tort.
Unless otherwise stipulated in this agreement, under no circumstances shall Texlic's liability for breach of contract exceed the total amount of service fees paid by you for the current service.
11. Trademark and Intellectual Property Protection
All content on the Texlic website, including but not limited to works, images, files, information, materials, website structure, website interface arrangements, and webpage designs, are legally owned by the company with intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Unless officially authorized in writing by the company, no one may use, modify, copy, publicly disseminate, alter, distribute, publish, or publicly disclose the website programs or content without permission.
12. Revision of Terms
Texlic reserves the right to revise the terms of this agreement at any time and will update them on the Texlic website one business day before the effective date of the revisions.
Texlic reserves the right to revise service pricing and will notify all users one month before the effective date of such revisions.
The revised terms will always be publicly available on the relevant Texlic websites.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding the interpretation or execution of this agreement, both parties shall first strive to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty days after one party delivers a written notice requesting negotiation to the other party, either party may submit the dispute to the Shanghai Sub-Commission of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective rules. The arbitration award shall be final, binding on both parties, and not subject to appeal. Arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise specified by the arbitration award. During the dispute and arbitration process, both parties shall continue to exercise their other rights and fulfill their other obligations under this agreement.
