1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be reviewed, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days after successful payment by the buyer (holidays may cause delays).

If there is insufficient stock or an order issue (such as an incorrect address or payment verification failure), customer service will contact you via email within 24 hours to discuss a solution.

Logistics channels are automatically matched based on the destination, offering cost-effective options. The following methods are supported (specific options are available on the checkout page):

Coverage Area: Major cities in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

Service Features: Fully trackable, priority customs clearance

Dedicated Line Logistics: Economical cross-border shipping

Coverage Area: All of Southeast Asia, medium and small cities in Europe

Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days

Service Features: Provides tracking number, some channels support local returns/exchanges

Postal Packet: Standard airmail

Coverage Area: Remote regions worldwide

Estimated Delivery Time: 15-30 business days

Service Features: Low cost, but no real-time tracking (only shows final delivery status)

3. Shipping Fee Explanation

Shipping Fee Calculation: For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the product weight, volume, and destination (displayed in real-time on the checkout page).

Expedited Service: International express shipping (DHL/FedEx) is available for an additional fee. Please contact customer service to manually place the order.


4. Customs & Taxes

Customs Clearance Responsibility: Orders to Europe, America, and Southeast Asia may require buyers to pay customs duties based on local regulations.

Tax Payment: Any additional customs duties or clearance fees must be covered by the buyer (the logistics provider will contact you for processing).


5. Logistics Tracking & Inquiry

After shipment, the system will automatically send the tracking number and inquiry link to your registered email and the "My Orders" page in your account.

If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 days, please submit your order number via the customer service email, and we will assist in follow-up.


6. Delay & Exception Handling

Delay Warning: In cases of extreme weather, customs inspections, or holidays, logistics delivery times may be extended by 3-10 business days.

Parcel Loss:

If a package is lost during transit, we will prioritize reshipment or a refund (proof of loss from the logistics provider is required).

For standard postal shipments, a claim can only be made if the package has not been delivered after 30 days.


7. Disclaimer

Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. If a package is returned or needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the second shipping fee.

For certain countries (such as Brazil and Russia), customs clearance is complex. It is recommended to choose international express shipping for priority handling.
